Lie down on a yoga mat or your bed, if you can keep yourself from going to sleep. Relax into the Corpse pose of yoga lying flat on your back, allowing your feet to fall to the side naturally, your palms are facing up, and your neck and face are relaxed and softened. Allow your body to melt into the floor. Breathe normally. Visualize a wave of white light (like an ocean wave) flowing through your body starting at your feet and moving up to the top of your head and back down. See this wave flowing through you in this manner for at least 3-5 minutes, but for as long as you wish.
Sit in a comfortable position on the floor with a cushion underneath you or in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the floor. Breathe normally. Visualize a white ball of light floating down from Heaven on top of your head. See this ball of light working throughout your mind to remove all negative thoughts, negative images, and any negative energies. Eventually, allow the ball of light to envelope your entire head including your face....feel the warmth of this light flowing through your head and face. Do this for 5-10 minutes. You can do this longer if you wish.
Sit in a comfortable position on the floor with a cushion underneath you or in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the floor. Breathe normally. Get a clear vision of your Higher Self. It should look like you but as pure white light - no flesh, no blood, etc. Just a pure white light version of yourself as you are now. See your Higher Self hovering above. In your mind eye's, extend your arms out to your Higher Self and embrace each other for a few moments. Now, sit down with your Higher Self (he or she should be facing you)...and have a conversation with your Higher Self. Talk about whatever you'd like to talk about with your Higher Self. Ask questions, and trust the answers you receive. Just confide in your Higher Self. Then, after your conversation, allow your Higher Self to enter into your body through the top of your head....see your human body illuminated with white light. And it is done! Do this meditation any time you feel out of balance or not in touch with yourself or your intuition.
