It has helped me through some challenging times in life, but it is also a fun way to express every side of myself - inner child, humor, observations, current events, love, joy, and everything in between. much of which
i don't remember
or even need
but it's time to
let it all go
Peaceful
i close my eyes
focus in on you
and i am peaceful

life is the religion
what is done with that life
is the spirituality
